KindQuest Supports LLC is a Medicaid-enrolled, OLTL-approved Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) provider aligned with Pennsylvania's Community HealthChoices (CHC) program. We also provide community-based support and employment-focused services in partnership with workforce and vocational programs, helping individuals build independence, skills, and meaningful community participation.
