Chapter 611 Caregiver Competency
As required by Pennsylvania Chapter 611, all caregivers must demonstrate competency in providing safe, quality care. We provide comprehensive training to meet these standards.
Monthly Exclusion Checks
We conduct monthly checks against federal and state exclusion lists to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements.
Comprehensive Training
New hires receive extensive training in person-centered care, safety protocols, communication, and company policies before working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Support agency operations through administrative and scheduling support.

- •Schedule staff shifts and manage scheduling system

- •Process applications and paperwork
Requirements:
- •High school diploma or equivalent

Oversee care teams and ensure compliance with agency and state policies.

- •Oversee and supervise Direct Support Professionals
- •Conduct staff evaluations and performance reviews
- •Maintain compliance with ODP and agency policies
- •Review progress notes and care plans
- •Coordinate with families and support coordinators
- •Training and staff development
Requirements:
- •Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field (preferred)
- •Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience
- •Knowledge of PA home care regulations
- •Strong leadership and communication skills
